About Life of Your Dreams Hypnosis

Life of Your Dreams Hypnosis is run by

Jennifer Keigher, RPN PSYCHOTHERAPIST, CNP (Q), BA, CH

Jennifer Keigher studied hypnosis under the renowned Master Hypnotist Debbie Pappadakis in Toronto. Since 2017, Jennifer Keigher is a certified Consulting Hypnotist (CH) with the National Guild of Hypnotists, a certified Reiki Master, and certified Law of Attraction Coach. She has additional certifications in Therapeutic Touch, levels I and II, and studied various healing modalities including Quantum Touch, and Emotion Code. Jennifer Keigher is also a certified flower essence practitioner and the founder of Energy Blessings Elixirs. She makes flower and gem vibrational single essences, and formulas which are available in her sister site, Energy Blessings Elixirs.

About Nurse Psychotherapy

As an Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) since 2005. who worked extensively in mental health for over 13 years, mental health has always been a passion. Sessions have often involved coaching support although the focus have been on hypnosis offerings as a modality.

Jennifer Keigher is now a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist (Q) with the Certified Nurse Psychotherapist Association. With compassion and warmth, she will be offering counselling, and psychotherapy with different evidence-based tools and modalities like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, in addition to other holistic offerings.
